Build the setup in five steps
- Separate ceremony and photo zones.Give the ritual area a clear floor plan, then place the photo backdrop nearby so guests do not crowd the baby.
- Use a soft, stable backdrop.A freestanding frame with drapes and artificial garlands avoids wall damage. Weight and secure every stand.
- Keep the name display simple.Place a blank board where it reads clearly in photos; add lettering separately once the name is ready to share.
- Plan comfortable family seating.Reserve chairs for grandparents and a quiet seat for feeding or settling the baby.
- Remove baby hazards.Keep cords, loose flowers, candles, unstable plinths and small decorative pieces outside the baby's reach.
Safety first. Secure freestanding frames and cables, keep exits clear, and keep flames and hot items away from drapes, children and guests.
