By using GreatDesiCelebration ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GreatDesiCelebration is an online directory connecting couples planning Indian weddings with wedding vendors across the United States. We provide vendor listings, reviews, pricing information, and tools to request quotes.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. For Couples / Users

• You may browse vendors, read reviews, and request quotes for free
• Quote requests share your contact info with the selected vendor(s)
• We do not guarantee vendor availability, pricing, or quality of service
• Any agreements or contracts are between you and the vendor directly

5. For Vendors

• Vendor listings must contain accurate and current information
• Vendors are responsible for responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Misleading pricing, fake reviews, or deceptive practices will result in removal
• Featured and Premium listings are subject to separate subscription terms
• GreatDesiCelebration reserves the right to remove or modify listings

6. Pricing Transparency

Our platform promotes price transparency. Vendors are encouraged to display pricing ranges. Displayed prices are estimates and may vary based on event specifics.

7. Reviews & Ratings

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences
• Fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews are prohibited
• We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines
• Ratings are aggregated from Google Reviews and user submissions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GreatDesiCelebration — including design, logos, text, and code — is our intellectual property. Vendor-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective vendors.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Scraping or automated data collection
• Impersonating vendors or other users
• Posting spam, malware, or harmful content
• Circumventing platform fees or contact restrictions

10. Limitation of Liability

GreatDesiCelebration is a directory and marketplace platform. We are not a party to any transactions between users and vendors. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
